Good consistent food and service. Hawthorne's version of a diner.

Food was excellent. Huge portions. Sad they use styrofoam. Probably won't go back.

Good food always order breast fast here from job will think they will get it right one time , I asked for extra cream and sugar on the side always for 2 or 3 coffee , they don't even put enough for 1 large black coffee . Light cream cheese on bagel and they put way too much . It's little details like this that don't make me want to order from here

I have to give two stars because every time I eat at Andy's there is always a problem with my order. Either the waitress gets something wrong or the kitchen does. If I order fried eggs over medium they usually come way undercooked. When they remake them they come overcooked. Last time I was there for breakfast I ordered a ham and egg on a bagel and it came out with cheese. The waitress tried to tell me that's what I ordered. I never would have ordered cheese because I am highly allergic. By the time my food was remade the rest of my group was done eating.

Portions were good, food was good as well as the service. Will go there again.

Breakfast was good. The portions we're very large. Service, even though the restaurant had few customers was well below average.

Great place to go. As soon as you walk in you're allowed to pick you're own seat assuming you're staying and get prompt service. .The menu and specials menu is a little confusing because they have the same items as each other with different prices, but it may just be due for an update. The food is good too; I prefer a steak and egg breakfast with home fries, and it's always prepared perfectly and in good time. .Very friendly staff and comfortable dining area. Try this place out!

What can be said about Andy's... so much! The food isn't the best, but it is better than the normal Jersey diner fare. As for the community and service - well this is what you come for! Definitely a staple of the Hawthorne community with a ton of regulars.

I brought my daughter here for breakfast. The food was just okay. The pork roll was old tasting and inedible. The worst part was the bathroom. This is a pet peeve of mine. The door alone was so disgusting and grimey and then once you entered the strong smell of urine and just the filth alone. To me this is a direct reflection of a kitchen, and if the simple task of daily cleaning the bathroom at an eating establishment cannot be kept up on then how is the kitchen kept clean? I withheld the urge to call the Board of Health, but something should be done. There are several of these eating establishments on Lafayette Ave that need face-lifts and a cleanup...

Good food at a fair price and excellent and friendly service. The coffee is particularly good.

For six dollars a person you get 3 huge delicious pancakes. I haven't tried any thing else on the menu but I love going there because of the pancakes. They open at six a.m , that's early and convienient. The staff is friendly and I really can't wait for my next visit.

THE PLACE to get breakfast in Hawthorne. Whether it's a quick sandwich to go or a full Sunday breakfast, the food is great and the staff is friendly. The pancakes are some of the best I've had. They even have their own sodas.
